Ugh.
This technique was first publisized after Princess Diana's death in 98 (?) when the people who created the technique used a bunch of pictures from Diana's visits all over the world to create a potrait of her.
Soon after, the software was available to download of the internet. And this "artist" uses that as his claim to fame with his gaudy freeware-created images.
